RapidTest Mobility Services, LLC provides mobile specimen collection, drug and alcohol testing, and related compliance services for individuals, employers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) across Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including:

• U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 40
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)

4. Scheduling, Payments, and Refunds

• Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly.
• Payment: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. RapidTest does not store or have access to full credit card information.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once collection services have been rendered or a collector has been dispatched.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment or “no-show” incidents may be subject to a full-service charge.

5. Medical Disclaimer

RapidTest Mobility Services, LLC is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice or diagnosis. Our services are limited to collection and coordination of testing in accordance with DOT and CLIA guidelines. All test analysis is performed by certified laboratories.

6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We protect your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

7. Compliance and Legal Obligations

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the testing process, falsify information, or tamper with specimens. RapidTest reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and other materials — is owned or licensed by RapidTest Mobility Services, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of this content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidTest Mobility Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
